His staff is amazing. They know all of the clients and hand you your paperwork pretty much as soon as you walk in the door. Paying and scheduling your next appointment is a very quick process. These people are on their game at all times and a great support to the Doctor.
Dr. has taken time to look at records & help more than most. Advanced techniques being explored and used.
Dr. Panjabi is the best !!! I have been seeing him since 2008 and I have moved to the Central Valley a year ago. Its a little over an hour drive away (on a good day) to get there. Although it's not easy sitting that long i will gladly do the drive to see him instead of a pain doc near home. Yes he is sometimes running behind or in a rush but he always gives me all the time i need during my visit. He's alway in a good mood and making jokes. His office staff is great too. Maria and Paige are awesome !!! They are always willing to help out, get me in at the last minute, reschedule my appointment, or get me any forms I need or need filled out. If I have a problem with the pharmacy they are immediately on the phone getting it handled. Driving the distance that I do to get there I sometimes get stuck in traffic or behind an accident and they still see me if I'm a little late. If not they get me in within the next day or two.
Dr. Panjabi is always in a rush, but never so much so that he won't sit down and ask you some questions and answer some as well. He's personable and funny when he's not too rushed. Maybe that's just me, the silly one. Throw out a quick joke and make this busy man smile.He deals with people in pain and suffering all day long. That has to take it's toll on a guy.
