Interesting experience here.. I was looking for a pedestal bed with drawers on the side. I happen to be in Castro Valley and decided to do a quick walk through to see if they had any of those beds on the floor (although I was told by someone from the Livermore Store they didn't have any in store). The store actually had several beds to choose from and the one I was seeking sitting right there on the floor. The bed manufacturer went out of business so those bedroom sets are no longer available. I purchased the floor model. There was a miscommunication about the delivery date. After two phone calls from my sales person we finally determined the delivery date. My bed has been delivered and I just discovered the overhead light does not work, so I have to call Connolly's regarding this issue. I thought the delivery person would have checked everything was working prior to leaving and unfortunately I didn't. I'm really missing the Fremont Connolly's store.
Excellent, excellent, excellent. 5 star service from Kim in the Castro Calley store and everyone involved. Kim helped us pick everything out and went above and beyond to assure everything matched and fit in the new house. Everything from follow up to delivery was flawless. Also, 3 weeks earlier than expected on delivery. Great Job! Love the new furniture, really great quality at a great price. Thanks Connolly's team. Keep up the great work.
