Best General Contractor in Bay Area!
I hired them to remodel my bathroom and do some other work. Paul was very easy to work with. Always seemed to be on top of things overseeing the project. However one of there employees was a little hot head. didn't seem to care about what I wanted but pushed his own ideas of what he thought would look good. Over all I love my new bathroom am happy with the way it turned out.
Called several kitchen remodeling companies in the Bay Area and ended up with Golden Gate Enterprises. They did a great job on our kitchen. So glad we went with them.
We had called Golden Gate for some dry rot issues and were told by the owner he would call back in 2 days, he didn't, it is busy these days so I called to see if they were still interested and left a message, no one replied. One week later I received a call asking if they could stop by in 30 min. We were still trying to get the work done so I was very interested. We had only gotten one estimate. After talking to the estimator/owner for a couple of minutes his demeanor changed and it was strongly suggested that I was shopping for bids and that I was wasting his time? This was very confusing and strange for us as we thought he was interested in the job, a good size job. He was very rude turned around and walked away. We are both retired professionals and have worked with contractors for many years. I would not suggest hiring this company!
Golden Gate Enterprises remodeled our home in Fremont and my husband and I could not be happier with them. They were great to work. We remodeled our kitchen and dinning area and both came out better than we thought they would. We could not be happier! Ask for Paul Gordon. He is the owner.
