Very rude, unprofessional ICU unit. Called to check on my brother was hung up 2x when finally got through to his nurse she was really rude asked her how my brother was doing and asked a few questions she didn't want to answer and told me why am I asking so many questions I told her that I myself is in the medical field after she shut up a few seconds then told me she's gotta go cause shift change. This place is the worst.
Nice place but bad doctors, they will let you die think twice before taking your loveones there
Worse service ever they don’t pay attention to anything and they lag all the time.. I been in worst hospital with better service...
Beautiful hotel, sub par staff. Don't trust your loved ones alone with them. Night crew especially bad. I stayed the night and was very comfortable, glad I did because their patient care is brutal.
