Courier won't pick up my packages.
I called them three times. They picked up the third time... after I heard them pick up I heard something over the phone; said hi, and they hung up.
On Saturdays, there are always lines up the wazoo! Plan on spending 30 minutes in line (could be more), don't go 10 minutes before closing, you will not get in. If you make it through the second door, you are good, but if closing time comes around and you are 6" outside the second door, forgetaboutit!! They really need to staff up on Saturdays.
They haven't delivered our mail for almost a week now. We have a multiple house box on the street. So I called to question this. The first 3 times, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got a real person, they claimed nothing was wrong and we were getting our mail. Really? I've talked to my neighbors. No one from our box has gotten mail in 5 days... and multiple houses have called to get an answer. Ridiculous lying to me and everyone else who has called. Get your act together!
