The Facility is ALWAYS CLEAN! The customer service is Great! Property Management Always makes sure that "Safety Checks" are done daily, the Property Manager Darci, is Always willing to go the Extra Mile for you! I highly, recommend this Storage facility!!
I apparently made the bonehead move of locking my unit without actually locking it (did not fully engage the hasp). Got a call from the very friendly manager (Darcy), who spotted it during her inspection, to inform me of this. Rushed right over, expecting the worst, but all was in place with no issues. She even showed me how to properly roll up the steel door without putting strain on my back. Thanks all around Darcy!! Very nice location, and well managed. Great to know you've got my back (literally and figuratively!)
Facility is secure and very clean. Storage is spacious. Property Manager Marci is friendly and kind and makes it a point to know all the storage owners. Gives me peace of mind that my items are safe. I like the courtesy calls before payment is due and reminders before payment is late. Especially during the holiday season when your not thinking about storage. A bit pricey.
This location is awesome - clean - well lit - climate controlled. Everyone who I have interacted with in the office has been courteous, informative and very helpful. Definitely the place to use for storage.
One other note: the parking lot looked sharp, and I commented on this; she mentioned it was just redone (new blacktop and markings).
I like the location close to the freeway, hours of availability, and very safe. The staff(Darcy) has always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating (I can be a pain sometimes). I would highly recommend using this location. I have also used other storage facilities in the same area, overall this is the best location.
